All costs are based on a problem-free application and registration procedure. The aforesaid amounts are inclusive of official taxes and the fees charged by Rise for application, claiming priority, publication and registration of the trademark. Several countries allow for the possibility of an office action and/or (provisional) refusal by the national trademark office. Besides, interested third parties may file oppositions against the registration of a trademark. The costs associated with the handling of these refusals, oppositions and other office actions cannot be calculated in advance and are therefore not included in the quotation. The costs of these activities will be charged at our standard hourly rate of €245,- exclusive of VAT.
